Invoice Submission

eGistics and Direct Insite provide a variety of options for invoice submission.  Suppliers can automate invoice preparation functions by flipping a purchase order (PO) into an invoice, applying line item adjustments, and consolidating invoices.  A line-item editing form allows suppliers to add line items to PO-based invoices or enter non-PO invoices.  The component also supports spreadsheet or image upload, direct file integration (EDI, XML) and clients-specific flat files.  The component has a robust rules engine that performs automated document validation at the time of submission, ensuring that only clean data enters the AP process.  Suppliers are notified of invoice errors in real-time via the
Web portal messages and e-mail
notifications.

Supplier Self-Service Portal

We offer a supplier self-service portal that reduces the number of calls into the support call center.  With this component, suppliers have access to a self-service decision-tree that provides self-help answers to their inquiries.  For instance, suppliers can verify their invoice and payment status at any time, without burdening your AP call center.  As supplier invoice and payment status information is updated in Accounts Payable, our portal is updated to convey the same information to suppliers.
