Service Description

CloudDocs is delivered to you via Internet Explorer from your own computer screen. No software to install or maintain!

You will be able to scan documents (e.g., contracts), securely send them to your own hosted database, and access them whenever you need to. And, we will automatically combine your scanned data with related data contained in the J.D. Byrider Discover Software System!

Importantly, you will have full administrative control over your own staff, and can decide who can view your documents and who can't!

Pricing

The base price supports up to 100,000 scanned document pages.

That works out to two-tenths of a cent per page! Wow!

Beyond 100,000 scanned document pages, a very small per page fee applies.

Oh, and did we say that the more franchisees that sign up the cheaper it gets beyond 100,000 scanned pages?!

J.D. Byrider Corporate Goes Live With CloudDocs (formerly called EDMS)!

J.D. Byrider Corporate has gone live with CloudDocs for AP 1099s! The roll-out for HR and Retail (see schedule to the left) will occur in the next two weeks, followed by Franchisee availability the week of March 28!
