Background

Robert E. Lund serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of eGistics. He has over 30 years experience in the technology industry, starting as a programmer trainee at EDS. Prior to joining eGistics he provided services to two private equity firms, Trident Capital and Morgan Stanley Venture Partners.

Lund has held the CEO position in several public and private technology companies. They include Collegis, a provider of outsourcing to colleges and universities; ITI, a publicly held telecommunications firm; S-2 Software, a global provider of electronic funds transfer software; and People's Telephone Company. Additionally he was CEO of Intrepid Technologies, an information technology investment firm and chief operating officer of Newtrend, an outsourcing and software provider to the financial industry until its sale to EDS. Collegis, Intrepid and Newtrend had common ownership. From 1988-1990, Lund was the president of the Payment Services Division of EDS.

Lund graduated from Holy Cross College and served as an aviator in the United States Marine Corps.

Gary Provo

Background

Gary Provo serves as Executive Vice President for eGistics. He has over 20 years experience managing large IT and operating divisions in banking as-well-as leadership of systems and technology companies. Additionally, Provo has 10 years experience serving higher education.

Provo was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at First Fidelity Bancorporation. Subsequently, he was Senior Vice President for Operations at Newtrend Inc., an outsourcing and application software company serving the banking industry. He also served as President of S2 Systems, a leading provider of software and services in the electronic payments processing market.

From 1976 to 1979, Provo was Executive Director for Computing at the University of Arizona, his alma mater. He later served as Vice President of Sales for SCT Resource Management Corp, an outsourcing company specializing in higher education IT management.

Amer Khan

Background

Amer Khan serves as Senior Vice President of Product Management for eGistics.  He has over 18 years experience in information technology consulting and development for major service providers.  Khan joined eGistics in 2006 as Vice President of Engineering.

Prior to eGistics, Khan held management positions with leading technology consulting companies including BearingPoint and PerotSystems.

At BearingPoint, Khan worked with leading healthcare companies on market strategies and technology direction, and was responsible for designing and implementing customer-oriented business and technical architectures.

At PerotSystems, Khan served as a Senior Manager where he was responsible for the healthcare payer product development group.

Brian Winters

Background

Brian Winters serves as eGistics' Chief Information Officer. He has over 15 years of experience in technology management and solutions engineering.

Prior to joining eGistics, Mr. Winters served as CIO for Richmont Holdings, a private equity firm with holdings in the imaging, banking and manufacturing industries focused on turnarounds and startups. He has also held COO positions at both Richmont and Bondstreet Limted and served as Vice President of IT for Nukote International, a leading manufacturer in the imaging industry. Prior to that, Brian owned and operated a successful regional ISP and IT Professional Services company which was acquired in 2004.

Brian received his MIS degree from the State University of New York and holds numerous technical and project management certifications.

Billy Terrell

Background

Billy Terrell serves as Senior Vice President Solution Sales for eGistics. He has over 30 years experience in information technology sales and operations for major technology and services providers in both domestic and international markets.

Prior to eGistics, Terrell has held executive sales, operations and delivery positions with several leading global technology providers including S2 Systems and Trintech. These previous experiences have focused on the Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Funds Management and Internet services industries. In previous organizations Terrell has overseen the development and management of delivery operations for software and service providers in both Asia-Pacific region and the USA.

Terrell holds a BAS Degree in Computer Science and Education from The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Texas.

Suzanne Dixon

Background

Suzanne Dixon serves as the Senior Vice President of Account Management for eGistics.   She has over 25 years of experience in technology support with an emphasis on electronic payments.

Prior to joining eGistics, Dixon held positions in portfolio management, strategic planning, product management, consulting, operations management, and sales support with leading technology providers including First Data, KPMG,  CyberCash, and EDS.  She has extensive experience in organizing and executing complicated processes such as platform conversions and large customer portfolio integrations.

Dixon holds a BS in Business from The University of Texas, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.   In addition, she is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).

Maury Pipkin

Vice President of Operations

Background

Maury Pipkin serves as VP of Operations. With over 17 years of information technology experience, he brings his knowledge of IT infrastructure, information security and emerging technologies to eGistics.

Prior to eGistics, Maury served in a variety of positions including Chief Technology Officer of NexGen City, LP, where he architected the world's largest ad-hoc mobile broadband network and is named inventor on two United States Patents. Maury also served as Chief Engineer for Blake Industries and Synergy Network Group, where he was responsible for technology convergence planning, VoIP and wireless network design and project implementation. Additionally, Maury occupied the Team Lead position for Cisco Systems IP Aggregation and DSL group, collaboratively generating over $100 million in revenue.
