Robert E. Lund Chairman and CEO 214 256 4610 | Background Robert E. Lund serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of eGistics. He has over 30 years experience in the technology industry, starting as a programmer trainee at EDS. Prior to joining eGistics he provided services to two private equity firms, Trident Capital and Morgan Stanley Venture Partners. Lund has held the CEO position in several public and private technology companies. They include Collegis, a provider of outsourcing to colleges and universities; ITI, a publicly held telecommunications firm; S-2 Software, a global provider of electronic funds transfer software; and People's Telephone Company. Additionally he was CEO of Intrepid Technologies, an information technology investment firm and chief operating officer of Newtrend, an outsourcing and software provider to the financial industry until its sale to EDS. Collegis, Intrepid and Newtrend had common ownership. From 1988-1990, Lund was the president of the Payment Services Division of EDS. Lund graduated from Holy Cross College and served as an aviator in the United States Marine Corps. |
