William S. Leftwich Chief Financial Officer 214 256 4605 | Background Bill Leftwich, a partner with Tatum LLC, has more than twenty-five years of financial and administrative experience, primarily in the technology and energy fields. He is a proven senior executive experienced in all areas of accounting, finance and treasury management. He has managed multiple public offerings, raised subordinated and senior debt and convertible preferred stock and negotiated numerous lines of credit. Leftwich has been CFO of several public and private technology companies. These include Digital Convergence, a leader in precision Internet navigation services; Viewpoint Corporation, a video communications company; and Integrated Security Systems, a manufacturer and distributor of security products. Prior to this, he spent thirteen years in the oil & gas industry, serving as CFO of several public and private companies. He began his career at Price Waterhouse, an international public accounting firm. Leftwich is a licensed CPA in Texas and earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. |
