Lund has held the CEO position in several public and private technology companies. They include Collegis, a provider of outsourcing to colleges and universities; ITI, a publicly held telecommunications firm; S-2 Software, a global provider of electronic funds transfer software; and People's Telephone Company. Additionally he was CEO of Intrepid Technologies, an information technology investment firm and chief operating officer of Newtrend, an outsourcing and software provider to the financial industry until its sale to EDS. Collegis, Intrepid and Newtrend had common ownership. From 1988-1990, Lund was the president of the Payment Services Division of EDS. He graduated from Holy Cross College and served as an aviator in the United States Marine Corps. Steve Kirby
Mr. Kirby is a graduate of Arizona State University with a BS Degree in Political Science and a graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree. Mr. Kirby served as a secretary and senior claim counsel for Western Surety, a national surety bond company from 1977-1992. Mr. Kirby was the 35th Lieutenant Governor for the state of South Dakota serving from 1993 through 1995. He was also a candidate for Governor of South Dakota in 2001-2002. Earlier in his career, Woody was a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance department of Chase Manhattan Bank, where he specialized in merchant banking transactions. Woody is currently on the boards of Bytemobile, eGistics, EveryPath, Infotrieve, Merchant eSolutions, MegaPath Networks, SideStep and Xata Corporation (XATA). He is also responsible for investment oversight for AirTight Networks. Woody's past investments include American Cellular (acquired by AT&T/Dobson), CommSite International (acquired by American Tower), bamboo.com (acquired by Internet Pictures (IPIX)), Internet Securities (acquired by Euromoney) and MapQuest.com, Inc. (acquired by AOL). Woody earned his B.A. from Hamilton College and his M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Brendan F. Reidy
From January 2002 through February 2005 he acted as an independent consultant providing strategic services to telecommunications and financial services firms. During that time he also served as a Venture Partner and Entrepreneur in Residence for Trident Capital a private equity firm based in Palo Alto, California. From November 2000 through December 2001, Mr. Reidy served as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development of Latis Networks, Inc., a provider of network management services. He has also held various senior management positions at Qwest Communications International/US WEST and served as Vice President and General Manager of Litton Integrated Automation. Mr. Reidy was cofounder and Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Software Alliance Corporation. He received his A.B. from Stanford University and M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Reidy also serves on the board of directors of Evolving Systems, Inc. and Aran Technologies (Observer status). George F. Thomas
Before forming Radix Consulting, George was an Executive Vice President of The Clearing House Payments Company (TCH). He joined the Clearing House in 1981 and served in a number of positions through his retirement in 2007. Mr. Thomas served on the Board of Directors of NACHA for fourteen years and as a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) Payments Advisory Group for four years. Mr. Thomas has a permanent Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification. He was the 2007 recipient of the Kevin O'Brien ACH Quality Award for his work on ACH risk management.
