Lund has held the CEO position in several public and private technology companies. They include Collegis, a provider of outsourcing to colleges and universities; ITI, a publicly held telecommunications firm; S-2 Software, a global provider of electronic funds transfer software; and People's Telephone Company. Additionally he was CEO of Intrepid Technologies, an information technology investment firm and chief operating officer of Newtrend, an outsourcing and software provider to the financial industry until its sale to EDS. Collegis, Intrepid and Newtrend had common ownership. From 1988-1990, Lund was the president of the Payment Services Division of EDS. He graduated from Holy Cross College and served as an aviator in the United States Marine Corps. R. Edwin Pearce
Mr. Pearce held the office as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Hogan Systems, Inc., a NASDAQ National Market banking software solutions company, for over thirteen years, and played a lead role in the company's successful sale to Computer Sciences Corporation. Mr. Pearce also served as Executive Vice President of Micrografx, Inc., a computer graphics software provider, with responsibility for legal services and business development. Ed holds a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. He also completed an executive education program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

Subsequently, he was Senior Vice President for Operations at Newtrend Inc., an outsourcing and application software company serving the banking industry. He also served as President of S2 Systems, a leading provider of software and services in the electronic payments processing market. From 1976 to 1979, he was Executive Director for Computing at the University of Arizona, his alma mater. He has been CFO of several public and private technology companies. These include Digital Convergence, a leader in precision Internet navigation services; Viewpoint Corporation, a video communications company; and Integrated Security Systems, a manufacturer and distributor of security products. Prior to this, he spent thirteen years in the oil & gas industry, serving as CFO of several public and private companies. He began his career at Price Waterhouse, an international public accounting firm. Mr. Leftwich is a licensed CPA in Texas and earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Prior to eGistics, Mr. Khan held management positions with leading technology consulting companies including BearingPoint and PerotSystems. At BearingPoint, Mr. Khan worked with leading healthcare companies on market strategies and technology direction, and was responsible for designing and implementing customer-oriented business and technical architectures. At PerotSystems, Mr. Khan served as a Senior Manager where he was responsible for the healthcare payer product development group. Billy J. Terrell
Prior to eGistics, Mr. Terrell has held executive sales, operations and delivery positions with several leading global technology providers including S2 Systems and Trintech. These previous experiences have focused on the Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Funds Management and Internet services industries. In previous organizations Mr. Terrell has overseen the development and management of delivery operations for software and service providers in both Asia-Pacific region and the USA. Mr. Terrell holds a BAS Degree in Computer Science and Education from The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Texas
