Robert E. Lund
Chairman and CEO
Robert E. Lund serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of eGistics. He has over 30 years
experience in the technology industry, starting as a programmer trainee at EDS. Prior to joining eGistics he provided services to two private equity firms, Trident Capital and Morgan Stanley Venture Partners.
Lund has held the CEO position in several public and private technology companies. They include Collegis, a provider of outsourcing to colleges and universities; ITI, a publicly held telecommunications firm; S-2 Software, a global provider of electronic funds transfer software; and People's Telephone Company. Additionally he was CEO of Intrepid Technologies, an information technology investment firm and chief operating officer of Newtrend, an outsourcing and software provider to the financial industry until its sale to EDS. Collegis, Intrepid and Newtrend had common ownership.
From 1988-1990, Lund was the president of the Payment Services Division of EDS. He graduated from Holy Cross College and served as an aviator in the United States Marine Corps.
R. Edwin Pearce
Executive Vice President -- Sales and Corporate Development
Mr. Pearce serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Corporate Development of eGistics. In addition to sales,
he is responsible for managing the company's initiatives with third parties for partnership as well as merger and acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining Scan-Direct in January, 2004, Mr. Pearce held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Virtual Information Technologies/1st Legal, an electronic data management solutions company. Mr. Pearce was also previously a partner with the Dallas office of STARTech Early Ventures, a technology focused seed-funding venture
capital firm. Prior to joining STARTech, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of two technology oriented startups, successfully launching each through their initial rounds of funding and operations.
Mr. Pearce held the office as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Hogan Systems, Inc., a NASDAQ National Market banking software solutions company, for over thirteen years, and played a lead role in the company's successful sale to Computer Sciences Corporation. Mr. Pearce also served as Executive Vice President of Micrografx, Inc., a computer graphics software provider, with responsibility for legal services and business development.
Ed holds a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. He also completed an executive education program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
Gary Provo
Executive Vice President
Gary Provo serves as Executive Vice President for eGistics. He has over 20 years experience managing large IT and operating divisions in banking as-well-as leadership of systems and technology companies. Additionally, he has 10 years experience serving higher education.
He was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at First Fidelity Bancorporation. Subsequently, he was Senior Vice President for Operations at Newtrend Inc., an outsourcing and application software company serving the banking industry. He also served as President of S2 Systems, a leading provider of software and services in the electronic payments processing market.
From 1976 to 1979, he was Executive Director for Computing at the University of Arizona, his alma mater. He later served as Vice President of Sales for SCT Resource Management Corp, an outsourcing company specializing in higher education IT management.
William S. Leftwich
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Leftwich, a partner with Tatum LLC, has more than twenty-five years of financial and administrative experience, primarily in the technology and energy fields. He is a proven senior
executive experienced in all areas of accounting, finance and treasury management. He has managed multiple public offerings, raised subordinated and senior debt and convertible preferred stock and negotiated numerous lines of credit.
He has been CFO of several public and private technology companies. These include Digital Convergence, a leader in precision Internet navigation services; Viewpoint Corporation, a video communications company; and Integrated Security Systems, a manufacturer and distributor of security products. Prior to this, he spent thirteen years in the oil & gas industry, serving as CFO of several public and private companies. He began his career at Price Waterhouse, an international public accounting firm.
Mr. Leftwich is a licensed CPA in Texas and earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
Bryan A. Bruton
Chief Technology Officer and Founder
As Chief Technology Officer and founder of eGistics, Bryan Bruton has been intimately involved in the creation of the Company's current operational and archive platforms, as well as proprietary software. He is responsible for directing, planning, and managing the Company's information and security systems and software development. Mr. Bruton is an expert in imaging, file formats and
server/storage hardware. His vision for network design, imaging operations and solutions, industry knowledge and technical sales support make him uniquely qualified to bring cutting-edge technology to data management. Bryan Bruton has served as a committee head at Texas Commerce Bank (now Chase Manhattan Bank) developing and implementing image solutions.
Mr. Bruton earned his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.
Amer Khan
Senior Vice President Operations and Technology
Amer Khan serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology for eGistics. He has over 18 years experience in information technology consulting and development for major service providers. Mr. Khan joined eGistics in 2006 as Vice President of Engineering.
Prior to eGistics, Mr. Khan held management positions with leading technology consulting companies including BearingPoint and PerotSystems.
At BearingPoint, Mr. Khan worked with leading healthcare companies on market strategies and technology direction, and was responsible for designing and implementing customer-oriented business and technical architectures.
At PerotSystems, Mr. Khan served as a Senior Manager where he was responsible for the healthcare payer product development group.
Billy J. Terrell
Senior Vice President -- Solution Sales
Billy Terrell serves as Senior Vice President of Solution Sales for eGistics. He has over 30 years
experience in information technology sales and operations for major technology and services providers in both domestic and international markets. Joining eGistics in 2004, Mr. Terrell previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology.
Prior to eGistics, Mr. Terrell has held executive sales, operations and delivery positions with several leading global technology providers including S2 Systems and Trintech. These previous experiences have focused on the Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Funds Management and Internet services industries. In previous organizations Mr. Terrell has overseen the development and management of delivery operations for software and service providers in both Asia-Pacific region and the USA.
Mr. Terrell holds a BAS Degree in Computer Science and Education from The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Texas
