eGistics is headquartered in Dallas, Texas where we maintain our operations center and one of our two hot-mirrored, fully redundant data centers. Our other mirrored data center is in California.
As a VITAL Access customer, how does the acquisition affect me?
You should see no immediate change in your current services. You will still access your image data exactly as you have always done. In the coming months, the URL address will change from "…vimagetech.com" to "…egisticsinc.com". We will notify you well in advance of any changes in the access URL to give you time to manage the change within your own organization. For now, your access URL will remain unchanged.
